Clinical Introduction Amphia Hospital Breda

Update: We’ve recently performed the installation, in-service and clinical training of our HCTronic Heater Cooler system at the Amphia Ziekenhuis in Breda. The first cases have been performed, a highlight certainly was the Supra Coronary Aortic Reconstruction (SCAR) procedure including Hypothermic Circulatory Arrest and selective brain perfusion. Uneventful case, impressed by the team performing the surgery. Many thanks to all people involved for their contribution to the successful implementation. The HCTronic Heater-Cooler System concerns a new generation HCU for use during cardiac procedures in conjunction with a Heart-Lung Machine (HLM).
